Shipping Information
All orders will be shipped via UPS. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
Please allow 3 - 5 days for shipment of your order. When the order has shipped,
you will receive a confirmation email with all the shipping details.

Returning Merchandise
At Interact-TV, we'd like to help you resolve a purchase problem
as quickly and easily as possible. Provided you meet the terms and conditions
listed below, you may make an exchange or return. We suggest you read the
complete returns policy before you make your purchase.
General Policies

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- An RMA for exchange or return must be requested
within 30 days of the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.

All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number.* Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.

The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA
issue date.

Our products have a one year manufacturer's warranty for the chassis operation,
main-board, memory, hard-disk drive and optical drive. The remote
control and keyboard have a 60 day warranty. You must request a Warranty
RMA if the product fails within the warranty period.

When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that
can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned
item.
Exceptions To Our Return Policy
- Credit will not be given on
special orders for any reason. However, exchanges will be allowed if requested
within 30 days of the invoice date.
- At times, Interact-TV will offer specially priced items that have been
discontinued by the manufacturer. These items, clearly marked as discontinued,
are not eligible for return or exchange.
* Requesting A Product Return
You can choose any of these convenient methods:
- Send your request via email to returns@interact-tv.com.
Please include your order number.
- If you have an Account with Interact-TV, you can login and click on "My Account" and then select "My Order History".
A list of purchases made over the past 30 days will be displayed
from which you can determine the order number
you'd like to return. Then select "Contact Us" to send us an email requesting the RMA.

After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
1.Write your RMA number legibly on the return
label.
2.Return the entire package to:

Crediting Your Account
Refunds will be issued within five business days of receiving your return.
All returns received within ten days of the invoice date will be refunded
to the credit card account that appears on the original order. Please note that
your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we
issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this
should be directed to your financial institution.
Credit card returns received after ten days of the invoice date will be issued
by company check.
All PayPal returns will be issued through PayPal.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Product Replacement
When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item and a new
tracking number once Interact-TV receives, approves and processes the returned
item.
